We are looking for a Restaurant manager to join our team and help run our small independent restaurant. This is a great opportunity to learn about all aspects of running a restaurant.
This role requires:
- Previous experience as Assistant Manager / Manager
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude, good at multitasking
- Customer service-oriented
- Good knowledge/interest of natural wine (further training will be provided in any case), curiosity for cocktails and soft drinks preparation a plus
- Familiarity with restaurant management software systems (Open Table / Resy and POS systems, etc...)
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Rota planning
- Social media management
- Special events planning (large tables, private hires, weddings)
- Maintain high hygiene standards and ensure the smooth operation of the venue
